Refund and Returns Policy

At cbdvapepen.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our CBD vapes, CBD vape juice, and CBD vape pens. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing our support team with your order number.

Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Condition: To be eligible for a “change of mind” return, your CBD vape liquid, CBD disposable vape, or CBD vape cartridge must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Hygiene Exception: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any vaping products where the sanitary seal has been broken or the product has been used.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act.

Within 30 Days: If your CBD vape pen or hardware is faulty upon arrival or becomes faulty within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months): If a fault develops after 30 days, we will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

Exclusions: This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse (such as using the wrong charger), or normal wear and tear. CBD vape oil and coils are “consumable” items and are only eligible for return if they arrive faulty or are not as described.
3. How to Start a Return

Photos: If an item is damaged or faulty, please attach clear photos of the product and the packaging.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Returns Reference Number and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without this number, as it may delay your refund.
4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of postage).

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Deductions: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling (e.g., opening a sealed CBD vape liquid 5000mg bottle).
5. Return Shipping Costs

Unwanted Items: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong CBD vapes UK product, we will provide a pre-paid return label or refund your standard postage costs.
6. 2026 Vaping Products Duty & Refunds
Please note that as of October 1, 2026, all CBD vape liquids and nicotine products sold in the UK include a mandatory Vaping Products Duty.

In the event of a full refund, the duty paid at the time of purchase will be included in your refund.

We cannot refund items that have been seized or held due to a failure to verify the customer’s age (18+).
